ONWARD 17 welcomed Tom Goodwin (EVP, Head of Innovation, Zenith Media), Tom Kenney (President & CEO, Verve), and Andy Harding (Chief Customer Officer, Mothercare and Yext Advisor) who discussed the technologies and tactics brands are using to become smarter about how they attract and interact with customers.
In looking at today’s trends, to deliver the right content at the right time, artificial intelligence is climbing to new heights. During the panel, Harding noted that as a marketer, “you should see AI as a personal assistant. It is a method of connecting you to a brand.”
