2025 Working Mothers of the Year

Working mothers handle the demands of careers and family life every day with compassion, resilience, and grace. They balance boardrooms and bedtime stories, strategic plans and school drop-offs—all while doing their best to stay true to themselves.

Each year, She Runs It honors these extraordinary women, celebrating their achievements in business, their leadership at home, and their impact in the community. These honorees embody what’s possible when empathy and ambition align. Read on to meet this inspiring group and help celebrate them at the in-person awards ceremony on Feb. 27.

Motherhood’s impact on work: Motherhood has helped me be a more human version of myself. We all strive for perfection, but motherhood can be messy. However, you have to keep moving forward when things aren’t perfect, and that’s the same in our jobs and certainly in our industry.

Wisdom from your kids: Throughout the years, no matter where I was in my career, every time I’ve referenced a boss or manager, my kids will say, “But wait Mommy, you’re the boss!” It’s always been so incredible knowing how important I am in their world as I’ve worked so hard for a level of importance in my working world.

Leading by example: It’s important to me that the kids understand why I come to the office and that my career is a part of who I am. I want them to understand that I do this for them and for me. I want them to find something they love one day as well.
