Jennifer Randolph brings to Zenith USA and Moxie several years of experience in talent management and organizational development. She is a proven leader in diversity management, organizational team building, staff training and development, and career coaching. As Senior Vice President she is responsible for the agencies’ talent and development programs, and is passionate about fostering a transparent and inclusive environment for employees across all levels and focus areas.
Prior to this role, Jennifer was most recently a consultant working with clients on their inclusion agendas, providing tools for assessing where a company sits on the diversity spectrum, and worked collaboratively to develop strategies most appropriate for building a foundation to enhance a sustainable initiative that goes beyond raising the numbers of representation within a company, but creates an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, and positions a company as an employer of choice.
Jennifer’s agency experience includes a stint as SVP of Organizational Development and Director of Diversity for Saatchi & Saatchi New York. While there she helped guide the agency’s diversity agenda, developed and implemented programs and strategies that integrated diversity into the business processes, industry profile and relationship building with diverse organizations.
Jennifer has been actively involved in the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) organization. Other affiliations included but are not limited to the American Association of Advertising Agencies, Diversity Council Member, where she co-authored “The Competitive Edge, Diversity & Inclusion Fundamentals for Agency Leaders,” January 2012 and the Roundtable for Advertising Diversity Executives.
Jennifer is the author of “Coach on Call: A Practical Guide for Getting and Keeping the Job You Want.” She has also been the recipient of several Beacon Awards from the Cable Television Public Affairs Association for Court TV’s public affairs programs; won several ADCOLOR® Industry Coalition Diversity Best Practices Awards for Saatchi & Saatchi in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011. She was featured in the 2005 Cable World Magazine listing “The Top 50 Most Influential Minorities in Cable.”
Jennifer is a graduate of Colgate University and completed the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications’ Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of California, Anderson School of Business.
